Chart options #new

I was wondering if anyone has addressed the idea of easily switching between chart options. On my charts I sometimes want to show different information in the various chart options like colors, icons, etc. It would be nice if I could create several options selections and be able to select which one I want. I may want a chart to highlight medical conditions, or Civil War participants, etc but not all on the same chart.

I was thinking it would be beneficial to create several options groups like I can with custom facts.

Have you investigated saving as Diagram Types that are designed to save your settings?

So each Diagram Type would have the various chart options you want.

Thank you. I have it all working by using Chart> Saving Diagram as>  Custom Chart Type. When I want to retrieve that I use the View> Charts> Custom Diagrams.

All seems to work well. Sorry for the slow response but we had house guests so that slowed me down a bit
