Query results wordwarp

Edward Sneithe

I am writing a query but for some a field is much larger than what can be displayed. Is there a way to format a cell with wordwrapping so that I can see the entire results of the query?

No, sorry. You have to make the column wider by dragging the header boundaries, just like in Excel.

Thanks Mike

In excel you can highlight cells and select "format cells" and then select. "alignment" and check wrap text.

I have been saving the results of the query to a comma delimited file, opening in a spreadsheet and wrapping the text that way. Just a cumbersome  way to do it.

Edward,

Just as an FYI, you can Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C in the results window and then paste to Excel, no need to save.
