Subscription and second computer

FH 7 has been installed on my desktop and laptop and periodically updated.I have purchased a new laptop and the supplier has cloned the old laptop to the new one. This has included Family Historian which seems to work fine. However I am concerned that this may give rise to a problem in the future. Do I need to reinstall on the new Lap top and uninstall FH from the old one. Or will I leave sleeping dogs lie.

I suspect cloned copies of an FH installation have not been discussed before.

The licence terms and the CP online account only allow two installed copies.

So I think you need to decide which two PC need the installed copies (desktop and new laptop?).

Then contact CP and ask for their advice on how to achieve that goal.

Any action that you take or don’t take may complicate things later.

Yes I agree, it's a matter of choosing which two devices work best for you. I'm guessing the two devices are authorized with CP a bit like Dropbox devices and one could be deauthorized in an emergency situation.
