Help: how do I know both my fathers and mothers trees have merged?

I see them but I don't see a connection line to my dad's side. In the diagram my dad's name block is grayed out?
I have no idea what I'm doing! |

Sorry, but we will find it equally difficult to help you without more information. What makes you think that your parent’s trees have merged? What do you see and what connection line are you expecting? Please provide a screenshot of the diagram and explain the problem in more detail. Mike Tate
