My Heritage matching Tips are not appearing even though listed as activated in preferences.
When I first open the program it sometimes appears briefly but the does not show again ??? Find my past matching tips are working OK Help please as have been using a lot Colin McCullough New Zealand |

Hi Colin. You say “When I first open the program it sometimes appears briefly”. Exactly what appears briefly?
Over the years, there have been recurring issues with the FindMyPast and MyHeritage ‘hints’ interfaces. Usually, it is just a matter of being patient until it gets resolved.
Have you considered using the Lookup Missing Census Facts and Lookup Missing BMD Records plugins?

When 1st opened sometimes the little hints buttons show for both FMP and MYH but only for a few seconds seems like then MyH disappears.

You could try a right-click on any person in the Focus Window and choose Refresh Internet Matches.
