FH 7.0.11 backup type

The older .zip type files will still restore in the same way as the new .fhbak files, using the File > Backup/Restore > Restore Backup...  command in FH.   Only the name of the file type has changed.

The name change may have been made to stop users trying to restore the .zip file the wrong way , by simply clicking on it.
