Find Duplicate Custom ID's

I have renamed my plugin to Find Duplicate Custom IDs, so if you download it again or rename your copy to remove the ' it will work with the check installed plugins.

There have been problems with the 'Check Installed Plugins Against the Store' plugin and the new Plugin Store. I wonder if it is confused by ' in the name? I suggest you report it to Calico Pie.
