All Facts - occupation only
Kath Liddell
I would like to identify all occupations in my file with no date recorded. I am looking at the All Facts query - is there a way I can customise this to show Occupation only?
Thanks. Kath |

In the FHUG Downloads, there are a number of Fact Queries that can be adapted to show what you want. Try the Query:Fact ~ All Facts Filter by Date, Label, or Text https://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id=fhugdownloads:contents:query_all_facts_filter_by_date_label_or_text There are two queries there that filter by Fact Date and by Fact Label which combined will give you your list. i.e. Copy the Row filter from one to the other to filter by Label and Date. Thank you, Mike. I had forgotten how to apply the Row filter. The filter by Label version does the trick.
