The Header record is where FH stores its current Prepared Citation, which is (of course) associated with a Source. There's no need to remove the link, and no way to avoid recreating it if you did ever

How to define in which directory the auto-repair links should find the media to link with
Assuming your project only includes the imported Gedcom, and you want to leave the media in the H: directory, you can remap the file links and not use autorepair.
