When trying to "reduce information for privacy reasons", I think you need to think about the degree of privacy you are trying to protect and why.
Birth records are (in England) open to inspection -

The first idea that springs to mind is to adapt the Diagram Text Scheme to exclude data for Living people, i.e. those that have the Living Flag set.

I have to report that my latest trial import went very smoothly, and it seems that all my issues have been resolved.
There are, of course, other issues to tidy up, but to be honest they were issues

FYI: “Jurisdiction” is a Source Record field and not part of the Citation-specific Details which are shown lower down.
In AS presumably you have the Templated Source definition for

I think the problem is the preference settings for your default Windows printer.
In Windows, use Start > Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners
Select the Printer that is nominated as the Default
