V7 text format problem in Report
I have chosen the Justify text format in the Individual Note field, but when I produce the (say) Individual Summary Report, most of the text appears justified but other parts of the same paragraph

Thank you. I've had a look at the source templates, but I don't think I want to even try!

Re: New prospective user
There are quite a few RM migrants using FH so there is plenty of advice.
RM is also being used as a gateway to synchronise with Ancestry.
As I said, there already is a Plugin in FH for swapping

Re: Missing text in query results
Brian,
this is just an idea, but have you checked that the text colour in the query isn't set to white? It would fit with the symptoms you describe.

Re: How can I get FH to create Grey Dot fact types?
Hi Mike,
No fabulous discovery of a new technique I’m afraid. I simply did what others had suggested – I just applied Witnesses to events that I wanted to “share” on other family members.

Thanks for the reply Mike.
Rootsmagic is my current software. I do make changes to the RM database via SQL.
I am leaning to cleanup the sources in RM as there will be a learning curve in just using

Re: Mapping Facility in FH
Hi Mike
Typical it appears to be working now. Previously no Map was shown. Grapevine info says this has not been working for some time. But it seems it is fixed now.
Thanks for testing it.

Absolutely. That is how I store all my research. I don’t use a mapped drive, just the UNC (I think that’s what it is called) then I can access the files from wherever I’m working using the same

Is it possible to save a project to a network attached storage device. I work primarily on my desktop PC, but would also like to use my laptop to access the project. I have Family Historian on both

Jonathan,
It would be really useful to others who may be following this thread to know what you did.
You may have discovered a new technique that we would all like to know about.
