You would have to ask Calico Pie but it is highly unlikely.
It is far from easy to convert a Windows application into an online application.

I needed to have FH7 on 3 machines (Home, Work and Laptop) so purchased a second copy so I have 1 more install spare at the moment.

I have just been having this problem with deactivation. The hard drive of my computer failed and I had it replaced. I then downloaded FH from One Drive. It asked me to deactivate one of 2 listed. One

It was only with the introduction of V7 that each installation is logged against the user's FH account, so you won't get any "de-activation" notice when you migrate V6 to the new laptop.

As John says, follow the FHUG Knowledge Base guide, and use the ‘Backup and Restore Family Historian Settings’ plugin to migrate all customisations.
