Hi, Sandra. I've been following this thread with interest. Mike's advice is all good so I won't repeat anything. But I do want to emphasize the importance of opening only one version of FH at a time.

Sorry Sandra but I am not sure I understand the full picture.
I had assumed that the FH File > Project Window has its Location pointing inside the OneDrive folder at the Family Historian Projects

Have you created the Spanish Fact Set by cloning/copying the Standard Fact Set?
In that case, the Baptism tag is the same in both Fact Sets and so does NOT need changing.
What you must do is use

I have unticked the Files On-Demand setting and all folders in File Explorer, both OneDrive and PC, are now marked with a white tick on a green background icon. When hovering over the OneDrive icon

Thanks Lorna all in hand perhaps I just need to slow down a bit but when those brick walls suddenly start to crumble its hard not to collect as much data as you can , lols!

Autosave every 5 minutes, together with the final prompt to Save if there are outstanding changes, has never failed before to my knowledge.

Before you start to re-enter any data, I strongly recommend that you try to work out what went wrong the first time. You don’t want it to happen again! With autosave every five minutes

The first to do is be patient. Updating OneDrive is not like updating a disk drive. It takes a long time over the Internet.

When you open FH on your lap top the version on you desk top needs to be closed. You can't have them open in both

If you click the Help button in the Revert to Snapshot dialogue it tells you all about when they are taken.
They are taken at most once per day but only when changed data is saved.
