Thank you, Mike, again. I just can't print - I'll try the Restore Point - see if there is a suitable one.

There appear to be some issues with your printer drivers that probably need fixing.
If you try to print from various applications can you choose Epsom XP245 and physically print anything now?

Helen,
It looks like you have accidentally set ‘Family Historian PDF’ as the default printer.
When you choose the Print option in any program, check the Printer Name in the first dialogue.

Hi Gillian,
Sorry. I don’t understand. If the Project opens Ok then all the records must be present.
Are you perhaps talking about Media files ~ photos, documents, etc?

Re: Convert an Individual fact type into a family fact type.
Hi Phillip,
The only way to perform that conversion in FH is with a custom Plugin.
It needs to identify the pair of Individual Marr-Reg facts and merge them into a single Family Marr-Reg fact

Hi everyone,
I have recently migrated from TMG and after spending many weeks of tidying up my data in FH have just identified a problem with some information that I record for Marriage-Registrations

You are correct this has gone off topic.
I believe the best way forward is to switch to the FHUG Forums https://www.fhug.org.uk/forum/

Mike,
Thank you, that might explain it, I really need to try it again.
I have a large number of Place Details (Addresses) from Rootsmagic the majority of which are geocoded, many with associated Notes
