It was the change from 'Census' to 'Register' option of which I was unaware.

You cannot select an Individual until you have selected a Type, Region & Year.
The 1939 UK Register is now listed in the Type: Register option.

You need to rename the file to something shorter, if that fails go up one level to the directory and rename that. It's a windows issue

Also, if the FH folder is set to ‘Files On-demand’ and your PC has no Internet connection then your Projects may not exist on disk so cannot be opened.

By default, OneDrive only downloads files when you open them ('on demand'). So if you suddenly run a report or similar in Family Historian that displays a number of images it may take a while for them

One important point is that only one person must use FH at any one time.
That is crucial to ensure OneDrive sync is maintained correctly.

My experience using OneDrive for FH file storage was that it frequently caused FH to freeze for multiple seconds while the file was being synchronized in the background. I found this too disruptive.
