I forgot to mention - when my subscription was up for renewal I got a 25% reduction due to the problem. So if it hits them in the pocket more often they might be more inclined to get it sorted.

But when you create your next Source you will be surely using a completely different file.
If you want to involve the same existing file then you would either cite an existing Source record or link

Good, you are nearly there. Change the name of the Media file using Windows Explorer. Then in FH use Tools > External File Links. This opens a small (but expandable) window

Tony, you first need to open a Diagram Window to display whatever family tree chart you want to save.
Do that by clicking one of the four tree icons in the top toolbar to the right of the camera
