How do I add documents to my name profiles. I have version 6.2. I just want them attached to the profile for future reference. I don't want them showing up with the photos that I've already linked to

Hi Mark
First off, you shouldn't hijack another topic. It is best to start a new one with the correct subject. It avoids confusion.
Best Wishes

Re: Firefox and FindMyPast
I have a question about version 6.2. How do I ad documents to people? I don't want them to show on the desktop. Just be available for reference in the notes. Thanks so much.

Re: Firefox and FindMyPast
That problem was discussed recently in the FHUG Forums:
{'statusCode':400,'error':'Bad Request','message':'Invalid cookie header'
The suggestion was to clear cookies and that resolved the problem

Firefox and FindMyPast
I've been using FH 7.8.0.2 for some time now and in general the software very much. I regularly use the Internet Link to FindMyPast and MyHeritage with no problems. In the last couple of days though

I’m sure that Calico Pie want to find out as much as you do.
MyHeritage are well known for taking steps to throttle the traffic to their site – for all we know, they’ve changed an algorithm

Yes, thank you, we know it is a glitch with hints, but the link advice does not usually fix anything.

For the first time, I am now getting the Notification, but the pending MyHeritage hints are still working.
I don’t know if new hints would get created.

Others are experiencing the same thing -- see My Heritage - Fault? - Family Historian User Group (fhug.org.uk).
Does the advice you get when you follow the link in the error message fix it for you?
