Thanks very much for that - it works a treat!
I was able to append the Pool to the Name in the Property Box, so it now reads : "Individual: Robert LUND ID: [1] Pool: [1]" - Awesome!

I presume you are not planning to keep the two laptops running in parallel in the long term.
In that case, make full backups of your Projects and all your custom settings.

This is timely as I am taking delivery of a new laptop this week. Is it simply a matter of doing a full backup from my old machine, install FH on new machine then restore backup. Or did I read about

In a Diagram on the Text tab Clone… a Text Scheme and Edit the custom copy so a Used Item includes Pool =RelationPool()
It could even be appended to the Name item.

And if the two baptisms are several years apart it can indicate that the first child died and the second child was named after the first one, quite a common practice. So worth checking burial

I have found similar anomalies. It has often been there has been a birth, christening and death in quick succession. The next year a birth and christening uses the same name as was fairly common in

Quite possibly it's not telling you anything useful at all - it depends on how you work.
To try to recap - inside Family Historian, there are Media Records that are linked to files out there, usually
