I don't use one drive, but I suspect it's similar to Dropbox.
Conflict files are created when you save the file back to the disk on both computers with out replicating.

Untick those one at a time to discover where the Media is attached.

In the 'Media for Fact' window, do you have 'Include Source Record' Media ticked? What you describe suggests that you have the media linked to a Source for the fact, rather than linked

I have a photo of a house attached to an address fact
This media appears in the individual narrative report and I want to exclude it.
When I go to 'media for fact' the 'unlink/delete' button is greyed

Blue griffin is about as simple as they get. Word is dreadful, but you can use it of you really want to just save the page as html.

Jane could you go into a little more detail on how to create 'manually' written pages.
I assume you can use Word to do that work but that you have to use a web editor to convert it to a web page.

Yes, this is related to my earlier reply to be aware of the lack of support for some features.
Using the Family partnership and Engagement Event is well supported in FH Diagrams and Reports.

That sounds good, but I am don't know how to find the associated person fact. It doesn't seem to be in the list of facts, would that be because I am using the trial version at the moment.

Just be aware that Fact Witnesses are a non-standard GEDCOM feature and not supported by many other products.
Alternatively, Associated Person although a standard GEDCOM feature, is still not well
