In the Property Box on the All tab, there is a [+] next to every fact.
But that is the same as the Facts tab, right-click any fact and choose Witnesses.

Here we are talking about the FH Fact Witness feature that some use to link Census households to the Head.
It is in the same way that a Fact Witness can be the Best Man, Bridesmaid,

With your help I have been able to view a family as at acensus date.
In the FH Sample Project I used Arthur Michael MUNRO [54].
Inthe Property Box, All tab I selected the Census fact for

As I said before they are not duplicate Projects but duplicate files created by OneDrive sync problems.
I suspect that after the Project name ending with your laptop name it says
