How to get account for the Support Center?

To better serve you, we encourage our Clients to register for an account.

That's what it says at http://support.calico-pie.com/login.php. I can find no explanation in fh Help, fhug KB or Forum, nor here. My store account does not work on Support.

I assume that having logged in, I should be able to see all my tickets without having to tell the system my email address and ticket number one at a time.
