Hi Richard,

Have you double-checked that every paragraph of text in the Note has the Justify icon enabled?

You may need to post a screenshot of both the Note box and the Report for us to understand what is happening.

However, be aware that attaching screenshots to these Email may suffer a significant delay as they are manually vetted by administrators.

You get a much faster turn round in the FHUG Forum that does not manually vet attachments.
