Confirmed. --with-pulseaudio is missing from configure.ac

It was introduced in cb9477. I'll see when it was deleted and why.

It looks like commit https://github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng/commit/4f676ed17503be57ce55e12dbc1d87f82f477d96 removes all support for pulseaudio, so it's no longer a dependency for espeak-ng. However, documentation in https://github.com/espeak-ng/espeak-ng/blob/master/docs/guide.md still mentions and should be cleaned up.

Yes, the audio logic was moved to the pcaudiolib library.

@jaacoppi, @rhdunn I just removed e52e7c4 commit from history and forced update. I will update other documents referencing pulseaudio accordingly later.
