Merged, thanks.

The issue was that there are now more than 250 languages and voices. I've increased the limit to 275.

I've also cleaned up the formatting on a couple of the files, and removed some that looked to be checked in by mistake -- the files with the same name as a language file, and the "marcelo (2)" file.

I'm guessing the french way, although there are a lot of synths I tried it with which can't do it. However, in German, it's definitely done the French way, and espeak can't do that either. I may provide a fix for it in due course.

Sorry to barge in the topic w/ tangent-> I had a project tiny.cc/scribblegame that needs a GUI like Gimp TOOL KIT. I have no idea how to wrap the BASH i figure I can use sed for placement of icons for the game. I tried asking on those STACK websites and my questions were all deleted so I wasted my time and could not get rep. I tried posting copies of my questions on github.

Internally espeak-ng support WPM only up to 450. It supports higher rate with sonic library enabled, but I don't know how it is compiled for Android, therefore without deeper investigation it is not guaranteed that higher WPM values will actually work.

There used to be a very well commented voice file which explained the parameters in which line of a voice file in the old days, as I used that to Create Quincy and Auntie in the Espeak of NVDA. Certainly adding that voice file to the installation of the sappi 5 version and selecting it at the time made it use it, so the format has obviously not altered, though I do feel the convoluted way the installer works and fixes voices rather clunky and not very flexible.

steps to reproduce: open espeak app, go to speed setting, maximum it goes to is 450wpm.

Average humans are able to understand speech at at least 550wpm, and symbols at 750wpm. So I don't know why the arbitrarily low rate of 450wpm was chosen.

It should be at the very least 550wpm, and possibly 750wpm.
