Another trick I was told about from a photocopier technician was to use WD-40 on the rubber rollers.  That would make them sticky again for a while.  But this and probably the ammonia will help to dry out the rubber even more over time, so it's more of a temporary fix.  "Temporary" could mean weeks, months, or even years, though.

I did find a bottle of Rubber Renu some time ago, but I can't recall if I found it locally or ordered it online.

This works for me :
Take some cotton or cloth swabs.
Dampen with ammonia.
Rub / wipe the rubber rollers
Let dry.

I’m finding my printer is “jamming” too much, which actually just seems to be that the rollers do not pick up the paper very well.
