It seems that everyone apart from me has been logging this UNID lately on one frequency or another
A check of the YADDNet server shows that on 8th at 2133z it called Olympia Radio (on 4208.0 no less) with a J3E/TP message. Its position shows as 45-28N, 36-38E, which puts it (whatever 'IT' is) in the Sea of Azov, near Kerch. See attachment Is it time to play 'Chennai/Medi Kobe' again ?
