Elf OS 4.1.0 FAQ
Q 1. What is the secondary boot loader for?
A 1. The secondary boot loader loads the kernel from /os/kernel instead of from the KIB reserved area. This makes it easier to upgrade/change kernels, just copy the new kernel over /os/kernel.
Q 2. What folder is shell supposed to be installed into and does it matter?
A 2. The shell runs from /bin
Q 3. Once shell is started, can the shell be exited or does the shell stay active until a reboot?
A 3. No, the shell is not meant to be exited, but if you want to return to the default command line, just rename shell to something else and then execute any command such as: dir, cls, etc.
