Re: Russian ICs - a list

I had absolutely no clue. I just found a rather extensive list and wondered, myslef, if a Russian made 1802 was hiding in there somewhere.

I am, talking about Russian IC’s fiddling with a Russian VFD and a clock-IC that looks absolutely marvellous. Wonder what the holes are used for? Checking the chip?? Or letting out blue (red) smoke?
And I have seen many more ICs made this way.

Which soviet chip you suspect to be from CDP/RCA1802 family?

At least, not 1802BP5 and KP1802BP5, according site. They are CPU arithmetic multipliers, not CPUs, and ESL-logic inside with TTL - interfaces.
