*HYATT CANBERRA OPEN*


*Easter Long Weekend*

*Friday 18 April to Monday 21 April 2014*



The Canberra Croquet Club is holding the Hyatt Canberra Open over the
Easter weekend (18-21 April).





*Two events in one*

*Event 1 - Knockout:* This is a best of three seeded knockout played over
the four days.



*Event 2 - Egyptian:* All players are eligible to play in this event and
it will be played in the margins of the knockout. The philosophy is simple
- games will be held whenever there is a spare lawn and there are two
players willing to play. This is a flexible approach to balance those who
want some competitive croquet and four full days of play and those who may
like to take some time out to rest or enjoy other activities while in
Canberra.



*Courtesy of the Hyatt we are able to offer over $1000 in cash and prizes
to be shared between the winners of both events.*





*How to Enter*

Please email your entry to Nick Chapman, Tournament Manager, as soon as
possible to reserve your place at the Open. Nick's email address is

The entry fee for the Open is $85 which covers entry to both events.





*How to Pay*

The Club cannot accept credit card payments, but bank transfers are welcome
(Commonwealth Bank, BSB 062 919, account number 0090 8494). Please ensure
that you reference *your name and tournament* so we know what the money is
for, and also email Nick to confirm the payment has been made. If you
would like to pay by cheque, please contact Nick to make arrangements to do
so.
