Quadway hoops and new balls

Kaye Martin

Hullo All

At Coogee we are starting to make noises about acquiring Quadway hoops as well as new balls.

It is my understanding that several Clubs have already travelled this path.

So based on your experience, could anyone give me ANY information at all that might be of assistance, eg suppliers, costs, what accessories to buy or not to buy? No point in us re-inventing the wheel.

Would appreciate your comments / advice.

Kind regards
Kaye Martin

I can give you these details when you visit Sydney Club tomorrow as we have now ordered two sets.
One set is already in use, the other set is on the way (may even be here by now).

Re: Quadway hoops and new balls

Mary Gibson

Dear Kaye

Ray Atkins Quadway Hoops are on the internet.  Just Google Quadway Hoops and all the information, costs etc are there.  Mosman agonised for a time about purchasing them but we can only say that they are an improvement on the old hoops and we are happy with them.

Incidentally, and more importantly, I believe you can get a grant to pay for them.  I suggest your local Council, your local RSL Club, or Grants from the Department of Sport & Recreation.  If you would like a chat please call me on 9904.1720.

Sincerely
Mary Gibson
Secretary
Mosman Croquet Club

Is the latest version on the website? The revision history on page 1 only has 2015 entry.

Hi Steve

Great,  well done.

Do you think a similar message would be a good idea related to phone calls?
