I looked at Frumin's website about housing. He does endorse greater density along corridors, but I didn't see anything specific about promoting more market rate housing. I hope that is just vagueness or an oversight, not a considered position.

I’m disappointed that Tricia Duncan has left the Ward 3 race, but, of course, respect her decision. I will now cast my vote for Matt Frumin and encourage all who haven’t voted yet to do so. I have known Matt for many years. He is deeply rooted in the community and has worked, often quietly and without fanfare, on many W3 issues such as affordable housing and school reform. He will reflect Ward 3 values and serve honorably on the Council.
