I have used Samir for a long time. However, I had him install two disposals with specific brand requested. Without asking he showed up with off-brands. He installed them, but 3 months later they began dripping rust.

I had to replace them, and I would never let him install anything unless I approved it. I have used him since, and will continue to use him to repair appliances.
