ISO inexpensive Handyman I can TEXT for small plumbing and electrical jobs

Hi neighbors,
 
I am looking for an inexpensive handyman to do a series of small jobs at our house over the next couple weeks.
 
Most importantly, I want to be able to text him and have him be responsive to get the estimates and schedule the work.
 
The jobs include:
- Remove closet shelves
- Minor plumbing issue w/ hot water
- Installing a dimmer for an electrical light
