At 11:00 AM, it was 13°F in Champaign, with broken clouds at 1300 feet, a north wind at 15 mph, and a wind chill of -3°F. Some snow is expected this afternoon, but probably won't amount to much.

Due to the high winds, sub-zero wind chill, clouds and the threat of precipitation, today's launch is canceled.

We will try again in two weeks, on February 27. Hopefully it will be a little warmer by then.
