Tab Indiana launch
I've attached a couple of google earth views of my Rocket Launch yesterday with the Indiana club. I flew blues clues to ~3000ft on an I140, the rocket cocked a bit at launch resulting in a 1mile

I have H100's and H219's. When they first came out with the DMS motors, AeroTech sent me a bunch of the delay tools, so, the first one's free.

Very good point! Maybe I’ll hit it with flat red paint. So I think all I have to do now is bring the high power certification application pre filled out on my portion and come up with a 38mm L1

Excellent point. I'm not sure primer gray would be any better. At least paint it primer white or fluorescent green or orange.

Fortunately, the Mega Initiator is 4 inches in diameter, bigger than the average corn stalk. Plus, the nose cone is black plastic. I don't plan one painting the nose cone on mine. I'll be happy to

I find the chance of a lost rocket increases exponentially with the amount of effort I put into the paint job!

No way! Let ‘er fly naked!!
Keep in mind if you fly it naked , you will add significant weight after painting and may fly different. Keep track of weight before and after painting.

Indiana Rocketry Launch this weekend.
If anyone went to MWP and didn't get to fly due to the wind,we're having a launch this weekend at the Tab launch site.
The weather is looking fantastic! Around 70 and light windin November.

Hi Everyone, good info being discussed.
I attended on Friday. Better weather for me since I do LPR and MPR. Seen some awesome rockets/flights. Seen lots of sparkies up until they banned them

Thank you to Steve and mark. I appreciate the honest feedback. As mentioned, I've not had the opportunity to launch any but LPR. Starting to tiptoe into MPR and possibly a HPR L1 eventually. I
