Found myself in Sacramento yesterday and suspected I was near Reichert Park and the Tropical Kingbird siting. A quick check on Google Maps showed that I was only 8 minutes away with at least 30

This is an Anna's Hummingbird based on the green flanks and stout sword-like bill. The gorget color on all hummers only show color at just the right angle of light.
