Rob, I found I didn’t really have to worry about having a vellum-specific curve; but my images required some modification to work well in this process. I’ve printed in color and black and white,

I haven't used chromium alum myself, but heard "colleagues" here in Picto who are satisfied with it. I still have some formol (sold without any restriction in drugstores here), so I still use it.

Why PVA? I'm not an expert, but I guess that undiluted or insufficiently diluted PVA might give a "plasticky" surface with insufficient "tooth" for the emulsion. Have you tried good old

I tried this a few years ago after watching Dan's DVD, using cyanotype on Opalux with silver. Results were ok, although I couldn't seem to get a smooth coating of sizing and the silver

Clearprint Design Vellum also works well and gives a different look. I generally use SpeedballI Mona Lisa Spray Adhesive though I do sometimes use a liquid instead. I took Dan's workshop at

Robert - Here is the adhesive I use and also the spray to seal the gold leaf when finished (and also the front for more transparency). I think the photo will come through...I have not had trouble with
