Hi all,

running winamp58_3660_beta_full_en-us on win10 home.

if I try to play a track by selecting it and press enter nothing happens.

if I open with and select winamp it takes about two minutes for the song to play and during this time winamp isn't visible.

If I make a song play using any other player it plays straight away.

I've uninstalled winamp, removed it from x86 and %appdata% with the same results.

Any ideas?

Not that this helps, but running 56.66 on four machines here witn no
trouble, all windows 10 most recent updates.
haven't run the later beta that you are running. Maybe that is the
problem?

I would consult one of the winamp forums.

This did happen to me for a little while actually -- I wish I could remember how I solved the issue besides getting rid of some plugins. Actually I was, and still am, using v5.666. I thought the 5.8 beta actually got rid of the plugins that were no longer viable. Certainlyt he portable devices plugin was something I trashed. Not sure that was the cause, though...
