I too used to be on the PC Audio list, but didn't post much. I'm not a true audiophile but I'm definitely interested and have enjoyed dabbling for years.

I was wondering if anyone here uses the Reaper Digital Audio Editing software. I'm particularly interested in hearing from people with experience with multiple DAWS, to see how this programme compares and what features it might have that set it apart from other software. I have Goldwave and can use it quite well with my screen-readers, and have a little experience with Audacity. I've heard good things about Reaper, but it's a bit pricier than Goldwave, of course, so I'm just looking for a bit of feedback before I consider shelling out.
