Changing Folders on an Olympus LS100

Hi all does anyone know how to change folders on an Olympus LS100? After starting it I hit the enter button 3 times and it says Folder A. How can I move to another folder?

Ah I can't remember if Neal explains this in his podcast. i think he did mention it but in passing as it were. Thus I can't remember either.
