Hello. Judging by what you have available, it looks like your best choice is optical and tosslink. Note that tosslink is just another name for optical so you want to connect the optical cable from optical on your tv to tosslink on your Oticon streamer. You probably also have to make sure that your TV is set to use optical as it's output.

Hi. I wonder if anyone can help.

I’ve purchased an Oticon device that plugs into a TV and, on being paired, streams the sound through my hearing aids. Unfortunately, none of the connectors for the device appears to match the ports on our TV. Below, I’ll list the types of ports on our TV and then the four Oticon connectors. It seems incredible that a new device and a new TV, both purchased within the past two months, can’t be connected. I’m hoping someone can suggest which connector should work with which port.

TV ports:
USB
Optical
HDMI (eARC)
HDMI

Oticon connectors:
TOSLINK
RCA audio output L+R
Mini jack audio output
SCART audio output L+R

Thanks.

Does it have Bluetooth, would be even better.

I would think that the USB should be the easiest.
