Does anyone know of an easy beginner audio tutorial for Audacity? Thank you very much.

I don't know if it is still available but there is an excellent tutorial by Gene Asner that I got from Tech Talk on Talking Communities. It's quite old but so far not much has changed about Audacity. It also includes instructions for mp3 direct cut.
