Judging by the printed material that comes with the Blue Snowball, the company is connected to Logitech. "Blue" has nothing to do with the color. The one I bought is black.

Hello hello.
yes, it is a fat ball with a neat design that sits on a small tripod stand. It is a uSB connection (this is what Adrian asked for) with the jack located in the back of the device.

Sorry to break into your conversation, but I use a Samsong GO desktopmulti directional microphone and it works quite well and picks up alot of background stuff also.
