The firmware is out of date?

We are both running  "Firmware Version: AirSpy NOS v1.0.0-rc10-0-g946184a 2016-09-19" which seems to be the latest version.

Ran into another issue, firmware wite seems not to be performed:

1.
airspy_fw_v1.0.0-rc10-3-g7120e77# airspy_spiflash -w airspy_rom_to_ram.bin
File size 21556 bytes.
Erasing 1st 64KB in SPI flash.
Writing 256 bytes at 0x000000.
....
Writing 52 bytes at 0x005400.

2. *reboot*

3. # airspy_info |grep Firm
Firmware Version: AirSpy NOS v1.0.0-rc10-0-g946184a 2016-09-19

Any ideas?

Regards,

// David

Nothing in the instructions says anything about rebooting. Disconnect/reconnect the device (reset).

No, but the receiver is about 30 km away. Will try at the location tomorrow.
Thanks!

OK! I was googled to https://github.com/airspy/airspyone_firmware/releases which shows some older release.
I updated to truly latest firmware and now both devices work OK.

thanks !

You have not updated your github repository, it would appear. I had to seriously dig to find it at https://airspy.com/downloads/airspy_fw_v1.0.0-rc10-3-g7120e77.zip
