amwalmsley

Hi, i have firmware R3.0.2-BB, Device: 3652DE84C3F77 and trying to update, i downloaded the files and clicked flash bat etc, and nothing happens, tried on different usb, using win10
Do i need to use this firmware update link below, rather than the one from the download page https://airspy.com/airspy-hf-discovery/

Many Thanks, Andrew

from the download page https://airspy.com/airspy-hf-discovery/
Andrew

You need the one from the Download page. Latest Stable R3.0.7 2020-06-04
Does it not work?
Absolutely nothing happens?

You downloaded the correct one.

Did you unzip it first? (you didn't say you did)

No window opens at all running it unzipped?

If not, try another PC.

The BB version you posted is not the latest, and the current
updater automatically detects the micro version (BB or CD).

Don’t run the bat file from explorer but from command line. That should show the output.

The BAT file has required user input before close, so
not showing is not an issue as it is with other BAT files.

We run it from the desktop all the time using a shortcut to the FLASH.BAT file.
You can also do the same directly using Windows Explorer.

Thank you, it has updated now using command prompt window, for some reason running the file from file manager does not work here, even as administrator.
Cheers all, Andrew
