Hello can any one tell me what a good windows rtl sdr tcip server to use fore listening to my rtl sdr via iphone?

I believe you can find the Windows Binaries for RTL_TCP for RTL devices here:  https://ftp.osmocom.org/binaries/windows/rtl-sdr/  

I'm not sure I have seen a Windows version that supports the airspy devices.  Most folks run these on a Raspberry Pi or other SBC.
