Yes, that one, thanks! It doesn't appear in my vanilla 1784 install. I've checked that the device is present, and it works correctly in HDSDR. I haven#t checked whether it's correctly listed in ZADIG.

IIRC Joanne has a program to add serial numbers to the devices themselves - see: https://www.rtl-sdr.com/tag/rtltool/ I don't know whether SDR# supports that. Cheers, David

Thanks, that's encouraging. The Meteor has a burst of black lines every few minutes (as the downlink has a regular reset) but it sounds as if the wider bandwidth signal is pushing things just a little
