Help please? Device was sleeping. Wake up! Could not acquire the device
#spyserver
I see this is a beaglebone board. Just FYI, this board was never tested with the SpyServer. Make sure airspy_rx displays the right sample rate figures and try updating the firmware is necessary: https

Updated firmware. airspy_rx appears to show correct sample rate, etc but same issue on spyserver. I'll switch back to the RasPI 3 and try it again there. May just not like BBB or something.

Did you try with the default spyserver.config file without modifications?

Yes. Same results. Tried with a combination of changes from none to complete in the config file. Also killed firewall on both sides+@ internal router - running default DD-WRT config for now - disabled

The FFT FPS is set a bit too low, but the IQ stream is very good. Did you test your RPi3 with 6 concurrent sessions?

Yes, with 6 concurrent sessions is CPU load at 80% and audio is smoth even tuning. FPS is low because CPU load, at 15FPS is only 3 concurrent sessions possible. At 1FPS are 8 concurrent sessions possi

You can now also reduce the fft_bin_bits to a lower value. The default is 16 (64k FFT). I just redeployed a config file with the right setting name. Same execuables.

Are you sure you didn't set fft_bins_bits instead? Just fixed.

Ok, just updated to v2.0.1618 and config compared and corrected (fft_bin_bits). Actual settings down on the web page: https://sites.google.com/site/om1aeg/websdr

Now you should be able to add more session with fft_bin_bits = 15.

I can't seem to find this information, my apologies if I have overlooked it (especially if it is in an obvious place). Port forward rule for my router allows ALL, TCP or UDP. Which does Spyserver use?

It would take you less time to test than to write this email. SpyServer uses TCP as of today.
