Yes. You can setup many configuration files and pass them as parameter to the executable. Note that you will need different port numbers.

64 BYTEs not kilobits. Until recently max packet size for Ethernet was 1500 BYTEs. Now it's around 9000 BYTEs on gigabit Ethernet. This gets broken down into much smaller packets for the ATM backbones
