Unable to run SpyServer on Raspberry Pi

I try to run the latest version of SpyServer on Raspberry Pi 3 with Raspbian, but get the following error:

several sdr software have such a funtion (simon also added it in sdrconsole v3)
i was wondering why not all commercial radios have such a function
for adding such a thingy to your "normal" rig you

Syllabic squelch is the only good HF squelch.
I think it has been patented by some firms.
Icom's old version of VSC used to be quite similar, but their DSP version of it in later radios didn't work

fyi, I tried so many combinations on rx_fm but audio from fm stations were extremely slow. Using GQRX, audio was fine and smooth.

The block diagrams I've seen from Youssef et al show a 16 sampler block diagram. At least a couple are show labeled 1 and 2 and maybe 3. Then the last one is labeled 16 and has an elipsis above it
